Man Charged With Looting Liquor Store During Riot

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Police are charging a man for looting a liquor store and vandalizing a police vehicle during a riot in Uptown on May 30.
According to police, Axel Markle stole six bottles of brandy from the Wine & Spirits Store on Fifth Avenue.
He is also being accused of throwing a chunk of concrete at an occupied police car.
Police were able to identify Markle by using surveillance video and Facebook posts.
