2 Burglars Sought In Lawrence County

LAWRENCE COUNTY (KDKA) -- Police are searching for two male suspects who robbed a food mart in North Beaver Township early Friday morning.

The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. at the Tic-Toc food mart on Mt. Jackson Road.

State police say two male suspects used a large rock to break the front door of Tic-Toc. They then put numerous packs of cigarettes into a large garbage bag. One of the suspects also took an entire rack of lighters.

The suspects were last seen fleeing towards SR-108 South on foot. State police believe this burglary is related to other recent burglaries in the area.

One of the suspects was dressed in a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and dark shoes.

The other suspect was wearing what police say appeared to be black wind pants with an orange or red stripe on the leg, a black short-sleeved shirt with a red or orange stripe on the back and a large red or orange design or pocket on the left sleeve, and a gray hooded sweatshirt with paint on the top of the hood. This suspect was also wearing a clown mask at the time.

Anyone with information regarding this burglary should contact Pennsylvania State Police in New Castle.
