LATROBE, Pa. (KDKA) - In an update to the department's Facebook post, Latrobe's police chief said Wednesday, with the help of the Westmoreland County Sheriff's Department Fugitive Apprehension Unit, detectives and officers arrested the suspect at an apartment complex after a brief standoff.

The suspect, Malik Crosby, surrendered peacefully, per the department.
