Pittsburgh-area grocery store ordered to close by Allegheny County Health Department
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A Pittsburgh grocery store has been ordered to close after a re-inspection on Thursday.
The Allegheny County Health Department first issued a consumer alert at Kohli's Indian Imports in Oakland on Dec. 3.
An inspection found multiple high-risk violations such as chewed bags of food, rodent droppings, and food held at incorrect temperatures.
When inspectors returned to the store, these high-risk violations continued, leading to the closure order.
