Kitchen Sink Storm To Bring Fluctuating Temps, Rain, Snow

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Tuesday is expected to be another nice, mild day in Pittsburgh.

However, by Tuesday night, a kitchen sink storm is expected to bring messy weather and fluctuating temperatures.

Tuesday night into Wednesday rain is expected to hit our region. In places north of Interstate 80, KDKA Chief Meteorologist Jeff Verszyla says to expect snow.

Wednesday will see temperatures in the 40s and then it will continue to drop after that, with rain turning into snow.

"A changeable day on Wednesday from morning until evening," Verszyla said.

Thursday will drop down into the teens and 20s, but Friday should be warmer with a high of 48 degrees.
