Allegheny County Health Department Issues Consumer Alert For Hook, Fish & Chicken

HOMEWOOD (KDKA) - The Allegheny County Health Department has posted a consumer alert for a Homewood restaurant over several food safety violations.
Hook, Fish, & Chicken was cited for more than two dozen issues.
Those issues include food being held at unsafe temperatures, improper thawing procedures, lack of cleaning and sanitizing of food contact surfaces, and a fly infestation.
