Child Safe After Alleged Abduction In Greensburg

GREENSBURG, Pa. (KDKA) - A child is safe after police say he was abducted by his parents in Greensburg.

Police asked for help trying to track down a car that may have been involved in a child abduction Tuesday afternoon.

Greensburg Police say the parents of the child are prohibited from having contact by the Arizona Department of Child Safety but removed him from the custody of a family member around 1 p.m.

A few hours later, police said the child had been found safe and people were in custody. There was no word on any possible charges.
