Police Investigating Fatal Penn Hills Accident
PENN HILLS (KDKA) -- Police are investigating a fatal accident that happened in Penn Hills early Saturday morning.
One person was killed in a car accident on Frankstown Road around 3:50 a.m.
The Allegheny County medical examiner's office has identified the victim as 22-year-old India Allen of Penn Hills.
According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Allen struck a telephone pole as she was driving around a curve in the road.
