FBI Releases New Surveillance Images Of South Side Bank Robbery Suspects

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Pittsburgh Police and the FBI have released new surveillance images of two men wanted in connection with a brazen bank robbery earlier this week on the city's South Side.

The robbery happened around 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Citizens Bank in the 2800-block of East Carson Street. It's not known how much money the suspects got away with.

Now, investigators are asking for the public's help in identifying the two men.

Both suspects are described as white males, about six-feet tall with medium builds.

The first suspect was last seen wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt, dark blue jeans, sunglasses, a red bandana and gloves.

The second suspect wore a hooded sweatshirt that was turned inside out, dark jeans, an orange bandana and purple gloves.

"They were covered, so it was very difficult to see any information about who they were, any details," said Sonya Toler, Pittsburgh Police spokesperson.

The FBI says the public should consider the two men armed and dangerous.
