Victims Of Fatal Crash On Rt. 28 In Armstrong County Identified

ARMSTRONG COUNTY, Pa. (KDKA)-- The victims of a fatal head-on collision on Rt. 28 Wednesday morning have been identified.
Police say Tyler Zeigler, 26, of Butler was traveling north on Rt. 28/66 in Mahoning Township when his pickup truck crossed the double yellow line, striking a southbound vehicle driven by Mark Kirkpatrick, 59, of Summerville.
Zeigler was pronounced dead at the scene. Kirkpatrick died at a local hospital.
Route 28 has reopened to traffic, after being closed for several hours.
