Family of missing Wilkinsburg man Mannar Kadhim offering $3K reward

WILKINSBURG, Pa. (KDKA) - The family of a missing Wilkinsburg man who hasn't been seen in months is offering a $10,000 reward for information.

Wilkinsburg police said Mannar Kadhim deals with some challenging mental issues, but worked every day for a garage in Homewood and has lived on his own. They said it's unlike him to not be around for this long.

"We have nothing," said Wilkinsburg Detective Sgt. Doug Yuhouse. "That is what is so strange about the case, is he was here one day, his normal routine, and he was gone the next day."

Kadhim was last seen on Wallace Avenue on Nov. 11. His employer noticed he was missing when he didn't turn up for work.

"Nobody has seen him, we have no reports of him, we have no video of him, we have nothing," Yuhouse said.

He lives in Wilkinsburg, but detectives say he walked everywhere, often around the Homewood area.

His family is offering the reward for information that leads to his whereabouts.

"We're asking for anybody who may have seen him from Nov. 12 on to please contact the Wilkinsburg police, no matter how insignificant you may think that it is," Yuhouse said. "It may be very important to us."
