Dirt Bike Rider Killed In Parkway East Crash

MONROEVILLE (KDKA) – One man was killed in a crash along the Parkway East early Friday morning.
According to police, the crash happened on the westbound side of the road around 2:45 a.m. in Monroeville.
Isaiha Vincent, 20, of Blawnox, lost control of his dirt bike while negotiating a turn, went off the road, across the berm and struck a guardrail.
He was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
