Debris Reportedly Damages Vehicles On Parkway East

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Some debris reported on the roadway of the Parkway East caused big traffic backups Tuesday night.

It happened on the outbound side of the road.

Several drivers were forced to pull over when their vehicles were reportedly damaged.
