Crash Shuts Down Part Of I-79 Southbound

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A multi-vehicle crash shut down part of I-79 southbound Thursday evening.
All lanes were closed at mile marker 69.5 between the I-279 and Mt. Nebo Road interchanges. PennDOT said drivers could expect heavy delays.

First responders were on the scene though there was no word on injuries.
It has since reopened.
