According to police, 43-year-old Radford Pope took 4-year-old Raymont Pope to the movies on Sept. 10. So far, the child has not been returned to his mother.
"I don't feel like he's going to hurt him or nothing. I just want him to come home, that's all. It's not like… I never that he would do it again after the second time, but you never think what he's capable of doing," the boy's mother said. "He knows he's wrong. Just bring him on home. He did this for no reason. This was uncalled for."
Radford Pope is a Megan's Law offender and has a criminal history. Pope is known to have ties to Clairton, Oakmont, East Pittsburgh and Wilkinsburg. Additionally, he has out of state ties in California, Georgia, New York and Washington, D.C.

"The child does has asthma and does not have an inhaler," said Det. Dish.
Police said this isn't the first time Pope has abducted his son. In June of 2011, police said Pope abducted his then 1-year-old son. The two of them were found safe in Syracuse, N.Y.
