WEST MIFFLIN (KDKA) -- Moonbeam Capital has removed "sold" markers from their profile of Century III Mall.

Moonbeam Capital Investments' website had said on Tuesday morning that the property was sold. They did not name a buyer.

However, by Tuesday afternoon, those "Sold" markers had all been removed from the page.

On Monday, a bankruptcy judge agreed to allow the mall's owners to borrow up to $5 million to make repairs, so the building would once again be safe for occupancy.

Last week, officials in West Mifflin closed down the mall, deeming it "uninhabitable" after the building's sprinkler system burst.

The mall's anchor stores, Dick's Sporting Goods and JCPenney, stayed opened because they run on separate sprinkler systems

The mall's owners filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection five months ago as bills piled up.

But several sheriff's sales have been put off in the past year.
