Man Found Shot Dead Inside Car In Homewood

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Pittsburgh Police are investigating after a man was found fatally shot inside a vehicle overnight in Homewood.
Police say it happened around 12:10 a.m. Wednesday in the 7700 block of Frankstown Avenue.
The ShotSpotter system alerted to multiple shots fired in the area.
Officers found the victim, a man in his 30s, with a fatal gunshot wound. The man's name has not been released.
He was in a car, and the driver's side window was shattered.
There is no word on any arrests at this time.
The investigation continues.
