17-year-old in critical condition after Beechview shooting

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A 17-year-old is in critical condition after he was shot in the head in Beechview. 

Officers could be seen going in and out of a yellow brick house on Broadway Avenue Wednesday evening.

There's been no word on any suspects or arrests. 

Pittsburgh Regional Transit's alert account on Twitter said the Red Line was traveling over the Blue Line because of the "huge" police presence on Broadway at Belasco but service has since returned to normal.
