Boy, 4, Dies From Injuries Sustained In Butler Co. ATV Crash

SUMMIT TOWNSHIP (KDKA) –A four-year-old boy has died from injuries sustained in a Butler County ATV crash.

According to a Butler Eagle report, the accident happened in the 500-block of Herman Road in Summit Township Friday evening. The boy was taken to Children's Hospital, where he died on Monday.

Colbee Regis Lovich was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, but the vehicle rolled on top of him.

Lovich had been riding the vehicle for about a year prior to the accident. He was riding with two other family members as his father watched.

No charges will be filed in the case.
