Bills Take The Trophy Of NFL Teams With The Drunkest Fans, Steelers 15th
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – They haven't been in the NFL playoffs this century, but the Buffalo Bills have won a new title: Drunkest fans in the NFL.
BACtrack says they analyzed the blood alcohol content of NFL fans on Sundays during this season.
They found that Buffalo fans had and average BAC of .076 on game days.
The data was collected anonymously from smartphone accessories that measure blood alcohol content. So you can say the study is not the most scientific.
Pittsburgh Steelers fans came in right about in the middle at 15th in the league, with a BAC of .045 on game days.
A team's record didn't have any effect on the study.
The drunkest fans on game day:
- Buffalo Bills
- Detroit Lions
- Philadelphia Eagles
- Cleveland Browns
- Arizona Cardinals
The fans that were the least-drunk:
- Houston Texans
- New York Giants
- New Orleans Saints
- Tennessee Titans
- Cincinnati Bengals
