Beat The Winter Blues With These Crazy Crocheted Shorts

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Sick of wearing your dreary winter clothes, but still want to stay warm?

Well, a new Etsy shop might have just the thing – if you're feeling a little adventurous.

The site boredpanda.com writes that Schuyler Ellers makes and sells shorts and other clothes out of recycled material … that just happens to look like you're grandmother's crocheted afghan.

You can buy these wacky and vintage items, like tassel capri pants, booty shorts and a bodysuit from Ellers' Etsy site LordvonSchmitt.

It might be a bit too cold for shorts still, but who can resist those chevron stripes?

It appears hundreds of people apparently. Ellers' Etsy page, as of this writing, has 334 sales.

The styles currently on the site range in price from $29 to almost $200.
