Arson Investigators Looking Into Knoxville Fire

BELTZHOOVER (KDKA)- Arson investigators are looking into a fire early Wednesday morning in Knoxville.

According to officials, the fire started around 1:30 a.m. in a generator that was used to power a house on Zara Street.

The fire spread to the back of the rowhouse.

Crews had the fire knocked down around 2 a.m., but they were called back to the scene about 30 minutes later.

The generator was the sole power source for the home.

Arson investigators are looking into the cause.

There was also a reported shooting at or near this house on Monday, and there has been a lot of activity in the area the last few nights.
