Amber Alert Issued For Teen Taken From Home In Wilkes-Barre
WILKES-BARRE (KDKA) –An Amber Alert has been issued after a girl was taken from her home in Wilkes-Barre.
According to police, 16-year-old Jena Patterson was taken from her home yesterday by 21-year-old Walter Lewis.
He had a handgun and is considered armed and dangerous.
Patterson recently filed a protection from abuse order against Lewis and there are active warrants for Lewis on weapons charges.
The two may be traveling in a red car.
If you see them, you're asked to call police.
