Allegheny Portage Railroad hosts Living History Day

GALLITZIN, Pa. (KDKA) - The Allegheny Portage Railroad on Saturday held its Living History Day.

It happened west of Altoona in Gallitzin.

A wide variety of programs were offered, including stone cutting, rope making, natural dyes, and children's games.

Children who visited each station received a junior ranger badge in the visitor center.
