Home owner found dead in house fire in Beaver County

Coroner called to fire in Aliquippa

ALIQUIPPA, Pa. (KDKA) — The coroner was called to a fire in Beaver County on Friday.

Crews were called Friday just before 4 p.m. to a house fire on Buchanan Street in Aliquippa. 

The fire is under control, and an investigation is underway into the cause. 

As of Saturday morning, Pennsylvania State Police released more information regarding the fire. 

The owner of the home, Fred Poore II, was found inside at the time of the fire and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

State police have said that no foul play is suspected in his death. 

An investigation is ongoing, according to PSP.
