I-70 East In Washington Co. Reopens After Multi-Vehicle Crash

EIGHTY-FOUR, Pa. (AP) - State police say eastbound Interstate 70 has reopened following a seven-vehicle crash involving three tractor-trailers in western Pennsylvania.

Police announced the lanes had reopened about 10 a.m. Wednesday.

That's about two hours after the crash was first reported near mile marker 32 in Somerset Township, Washington County.

No injuries were reported.

The interstate was plagued by three pileups involving more than 30 vehicles on Tuesday because of snowy conditions. Some slick spots were still being reported on the interstate Wednesday, though police didn't immediately say whether the crash was weather-related.

Troopers planned to release additional information later in the day.
