4th Suspect Arrested In Bar Shooting That Left Security Guard Dead

PITTSBURGH (AP) - Authorities in western Pennsylvania say a fourth suspect has turned himself in to face charges in the shooting death of a security guard at a Pittsburgh bar.

Twenty-eight-year-old Kevin Ford of Pittsburgh is charged in Allegheny County with homicide, conspiracy, aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.

Police arrested 26-year-old Harvey Scott when he crashed his car after the Feb. 16 shooting death of 24-year-old Deion Nesbitt at the Rendezvous Phase III bar in Homewood.

Thirty-year-old Tiqwan Green of Wilkinsburg and 29-year-old Eric McGuire later turned themselves in.

Authorities allege that Scott shot Nesbitt three times and grazed a female guard when they confronted him about pulling a gun from his ankle at the bar.

Court documents don't list an attorney for Ford.
