3 People Found Shot At North Side Housing Complex
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) --- Three people were found shot Thursday morning at a housing community on Pittsburgh's North Side.
Officers on patrol along East Ohio Street say they heard gunshots at the nearby Allegheny Commons East complex shortly after 5 a.m.
According to police, a 25-year-old man and 35-year-old woman were found suffering from gunshot wounds and taken to Allegheny General Hospital in stable condition. The man had been shot in the foot and the woman in the left thigh.
Another man that was with them was not wounded.
However, police did find a third gunshot victim in a nearby apartment. The 24-year-old man was suffering from a gunshot wound to the left knee. He was also taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Police say they believe shots were fired when the 24-year-old man asked a group standing outside to leave.
None of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening.
