1 Dead In Hanover Twp. Crash
HANOVER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- One person is dead following an accident Thursday afternoon in Washington County.
The crash happened around 5 p.m. at Mile Marker 2 on Route 22 in Hanover Township.
According to the Washington County Coroner's Office, the victim, LeGrant Blackwell, was walking with his back to a utility vehicle, in the driver's blind spot.
He was struck and became trapped under the vehicle.
