Wildfire explodes outside Los Angeles
Fueled by boiling temperatures, a wildfire erupted near Santa Clarita, Calif., north of Los Angeles, on Friday, July 22, 2016, and quickly grew to began yesterday has grown to more than 33,000 acres by Monday, July 25, 2016.
One person has been found dead in the fire zone. His death was under investigation.

"All the experience we've had with fires is out the window," said Los Angeles County Deputy Fire Chief John Tripp, one of many who noted the fire's special volatility.
