Typhoon zeroes in on the Philippines
Waves, heavy winds and rain brought by Typhoon Rammasun, locally named Glenda, hit a house in the middle of a fish pen in the coastal town of Bacoor, Cavite southwest of Manila, July 16, 2014.
The typhoon has killed at least 12 people as it churned across the Philippines and shut down the capital, cutting power and prompting the evacuation of almost more than 370,000 people, rescue officials said on Wednesday.
