While escorting bombers to Sankt Viet, Austria, Leftenant's P-51 was involved in a midair collision causing him to bailout of his damaged aircraft. He was reported "Missing-In-Action" on April 12, 1945 and declared dead in 1946, since he was never found.

Iran - U.S. sailors detained

Jakarta - Terror attack
