Finland remains winless now in eight games against the Americans in the Olympics and will now play for the bronze medal on Wednesday.

Lindsey Vonn
American Lindsey Vonn posted the third-fastest time on the second day of Olympic downhill training, despite easing up and standing tall with arms spread at the finish.
The 2010 Vancouver Games gold medalist, who missed the 2014 Olympics after knee surgery, finished the 2.8-kilometer course at the Jeongseon Alpine Center in 1:40.10 Monday - nearly a second faster than the time she turned in Sunday to lead the opening training run.
Figure Skating
During her performance at the Pyeongchang Olympics, to Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You," French ice dancer Gabriella Papadakis' costume came unhooked at the neckline, exposing her breast.
She called it her "worst nightmare happening at the Olympics," but said she was proud of her performance with Guillaume Cizeron despite the wardrobe malfunction.
The performance was being shown live on international television, and people immediately began posting screen grabs on social media. An NBC spokesman said the network has edited the video for later television broadcasts and for online replays.
The pair ended up with the silver medal.
Figure Skating
Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir lead the ice dance competition at the Pyeongchang Olympics after a record-breaking short program on Monday set to the rock music of the Rolling Stones, the Eagles and Santana.
The Canadian duo scored 83.67 points to lead Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron by more than a point heading into Tuesday's free dance.
Madison Hubbell and Zachary Donohue of the U.S. are third, two-hundredths of a point ahead of their compatriots, Alex and Maia Shibutani. Fellow Americans Madison Chock and Evan Bates are seventh.

It was the second time that two 2-men bobsledding teams shared a gold medal; Canada and Italy shared gold in 1998. (In 1998 Italy got the gold over West Germany in 1968, even though both sleds had the same time, because scorekeepers then used a fastest-heat tiebreaker, which gave the Italians the nod.)
Ski Jumping

Japanese figure skater Yuzuru Hanyu won gold, becoming the first man to repeat as Olympic champion since Dick Button (1948 and 1952).
The Japanese figure skater's finish was the 1,000th gold medal awarded since the Winter Games began in 1924.
Hanyu called it "the best day" of his skating life.

There was no immediate word of her condition, but her boyfriend told the BBC that Christie hoped to compete in the 1,000-meter, which begins Tuesday.
Ester Ledecka
Ester Ledecka, a 22-year-old snowboarder from the Czech Republic, had participated in only 19 World Cup skiing races in her entire career (Mikaela Shiffrin, in contrast, has been in 23 this season alone), and never finished higher than seventh. So no one - not even Ledecka - expected her to complete the Olympic super-G at 0.01 seconds better than Austria's Anna Veith, the defending Olympic champion, to take the gold.
Ester Ledecka
The low-ranked Ester Ledecka, of the Czech Republic, a part-time skier, stands stunned after besting the time of leader Anna Veith of Austria to win the Olympic Super-G by a hundredth-of-a-second. Later, she said the thought that went through her mind was: "Is this a kind of mistake?"
"The fact that she's able to beat all of us and be a snowboarder is pretty darn impressive," said Lindsey Vonn of the U.S., who tied for sixth. "At the Olympics, a lot of weird stuff happens."
