Named "most innovative," Workflow is described as a "personal automation tool" that simplifies the back-and-forth of moving between various apps to carry out tasks like ordering food or texting a friend. Users can drag and drop actions from various apps on the their phone to seamlessly pivot between tasks.
Named the "best app on iPhone 6s," Instagram, the popular photo-sharing app, has enabled professional photographers and casual selfie-takers alike the chance to share their pictures with a wide audience.
HBO Now
HBO Now is the cable channel's new standalone streaming service. Right now, it's available as an introductory free trial for a limited time, giving users access to the network's popular catalogue of shows past and present -- from "The Sopranos" to "Game of Thrones" -- as well as movies and special events.
Hopper
Great for the frequent flyer, Hopper gives users the opportunity to save up to 40 percent on air travel. The app analyzes billions of flight prices on a daily basis, predicting when prices will change and designating when would be the best time to book a flight.
