Anime art nails it
A woman shows off her finished nail art at Ita Color's Yellow nail salon, in the Akihabara district of Tokyo, Japan, Feb. 27, 2014.
Clients are able to bring in any image they desire and have them painted onto their fingernails, some even in 3-D.
Japanese Anime characters are currently the most popular and a full set of nails can take as long as three hours to complete, depending on how complex the design.
Over the past five years the nail-care and nail art industry in Japan has been booming with an estimated market size of over 200billion yen.
