Dutch photographer Julie Hrudova, documented Beverly Hills and a handful of other diners in Russia that celebrate mid-century American food culture.
"We were stunned by the cheerful Russian waitresses dancing around on roller skates, the rock 'n roll music coming from a juke box, the '50's interior of the restaurants and the large hamburgers," Hrudova wrote.
