Al Jarreau
Al Jarreau recorded 21 studio and live albums over a 50-year career. Among his biggest hits were “We’re in This Love Together,” “Thinkin’ About It, Too,” “Mornin’,” “Teach Me Tonight,” “So Good,” and “Never Givin’ Up.”
He embraced a more techno-sound in the 1980s with “Boogie Down” and “Raging Waters.”
He also sang the theme to the TV series “Moonlighting.”
"Breakin' Away"
Jarreau’s 1981 album, “Breakin’ Away,” which topped the Jazz and R&B charts and spent two years on the Billboard 200 chart, was nominated for a Grammy for Album of the Year.
