Paul Stetsko, Karate Instructor at the Ambler Area YMCA was here with a few YMCA participants demonstrating Family Karate.
Besides the family taking part in this physical activity together, other benefits of the class are increased confidence and self-control, better strength and stamina, and improved reflexes and coordination.
