Man Charged With Attempted Rape For Alleged Sexual Assault In NE Phila.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man has been charged in the alleged sexual assault of a woman behind a Wawa in Northeast Philadelphia.
Authorities say a 29-year-old female stated she was sexually assaulted in the woods behind the Del Air shopping center Monday evening.
Police say she described the suspect as a Hispanic male, in his late 30's, bald with a goatee. She said he was wearing dirty clothing and possibly riding a bicycle.
A male matching that description was stopped for investigation by officers in the rear driveway on the 9600 block of State Road and was positively identified.
Police say Felix Ramos, 44, is charged with attempted rape, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, aggravated indecent assault and related offenses.
