Wednesday's Child: Terell

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Terrel has a nack for electronics.
"I took apart an XBOX 360 all the way down to the frame," he says, "and then put it back together and it actually worked."
But his passion is art.
"I draw, I paint sometimes," Terrel says. "I was going to do architecture. I like to create art."
Even at 20 years old, Terrel hasn't given up home of finding a permanent family.
"I always wanted another mother or father figure to help guide me through life, to let me know what's right and what's wrong," he says. "And tell me they're proud of me. Like, make me feel happy, make me feel like there's somebody at my back. And I never gave up on that hope, even today."
Gloria Hochman, from the National Adoption Center, based in Philadelphia, says Terrel is looking for support.
"Just because somebody is 20 doesn't mean they don't need a family," Hochman says. "They still need someone to love them, to care for them. "
