Eagles' Head Coach Nick Sirianni & GM Howie Roseman make cuts for 53-man roster
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Tuesday is the day the Philadelphia Eagles trimmed its roster to 53 players as they hope to begin the long march back to the Super Bowl. Head Coach Nick Sirianni and General Manager Howie Roseman announced the roster cuts ahead of the season opener.

During the three preseason games, the Eagles lost 20-19 against the Ravens, tied with the Browns 18-18, and lost 27-13 against the Colts.
