Warminster Man Accused Of Raping 14-Year-Old
WARMINSTER, Pa. (CBS) – A Warminster man has been arrested, accused of statutory rape.
Eighteen-year-old Jose Martinez-Chicas, of the 100 block of Street Road, was arrested Tuesday after an investigation of the rape of a 14-year-old juvenile that occurred in April 2015.
Martinez-Chicas is now facing charges of statutory rape and corruption of minors. He is being held on $1 million bail and was ordered no contact with the victim or any other juveniles.
