Vehicle Fire Shuts Down Portion Of I-95 In Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A vehicle fire has shut down a stretch of I-95 in Philadelphia.

All lanes in the southbound direction of the highway are closed at Girard Avenue.

Heavy smoke can be seen blowing across the interstate, making visibilty very difficult for drivers.

Motorists are being forced off I-95 at the Girard Avenue exit.

Drivers should expect major delays.
