Two Men Shot Outside Collingdale Dunkin' Donuts

COLLINGDALE, Pa (CBS) -- Two men were shot and wounded overnight in Collingdale, Delaware County.
It happened around 2 a.m. Sunday outside of Dunkin' Donuts along the 900 block of Springfield Road, near McDade Boulevard.
Police say an officer on routine patrol spotted three men arguing. During the altercation, one of the men allegedly pulled a gun, shot the other two, and then ran from the scene.
The gunman managed to elude police and remains on the loose.
The two men were taken to Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital with gunshot wounds to their legs. They were both listed in stable condition.
No officers were injured during the incident.
Investigators are hoping that surveillance video will help them identify the shooter.
