Driver Injured After Multi-Vehicle Crash At Pa. Turnpike On-ramp In Montgomery County
LANSDALE, Pa. (CBS) – Traffic is was temporarily stopped on the ramp from northbound I-476 to I-276 Eastbound in Montgomery County after a multi-vehicle crash.
Around 11:36 a.m., a crash involving a box truck, a tractor trailer, an SUV and a rollback style tow truck was reported at milepost A20 northbound near Lansdale.
Pa. Turnpike officials say the driver of the box truck had to be extricated from his vehicle and will be transported to the hospital via helicopter.
Traffic is now back to normal.
