Traffic Moving Again After Tractor-Trailer Overturns Near Ben Franklin Bridge Into NJ

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A tractor-trailer snarled traffic for hours after it overturned near the Ben Franklin Bridge Wednesday afternoon.

Chopper 3 was over the scene of the 676 ramp to the bridge into New Jersey just before 2 p.m

Officials say there has been one person transported to the hospital. No word on his or her condition.
