Tom Brady's Deflategate Appeal Rejected
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Tom Brady's appeal for his Deflategate suspension has been denied by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.

Brady's four-game suspension to start the 2016 season, imposed by the National Football League, has been upheld. Brady's final option is the Supreme Court. It is unknown if Brady will appeal to country's highest court and if the court will even hear the case.
