Tim Kaine Visits Kids At Philadelphia School, Teaches Hardball Politics

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine made a brief stop at a Philadelphia school this morning, greeting students and taking shots at Republican Donald Trump.

In a visit to Spring Garden Elementary School, Tim Kaine said he didn't think Donald Trump was a good role model for children, and he saw distress in the Republican camp.

The visit to Spring Garden Elementary was billed as part of a national "walk in" to schools to support public education. He was joined by teachers union leaders including national AFT President Randi Weingarten.

Thirty-three days from the election, Kaine said the Clinton ticket was not taking Pennsylvania for granted.

He said he'd be spending his time fundraising and working to maximize turnout.
