PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A busy day in North Philadelphia as Temple University's newest students make the big move.

It's move in day at the Johnson and Hardwick residence halls and around Temple's campus for the Class of 2020.

With so much to do and so much stuff, it is an overwhelming day for these freshmen.

"So much at once I don't know how to handle it," says Shelby, from King of Prussia.

"Oh yeah, definitely really nervous," adds Mike, from Yardley.

"Getting everything organized. I'm like super OCD, I can't do chaos!" says Kaitlyn, from Williamstown, New Jersey.

The parents, their kids living away from home for the first time, are certainly feeling it too.

"This is my baby and I am so emotional," Mike's mom Gina says.

"Very proud, but I'll spend the rest of the day crying," says Shelly, from Bethlehem, who took her son Alec to school.

"I think a little later when we're actually pulling out of town, that'll be a big change," says Dave from York, Pa.

And Brian from Williamstown, New Jersey, helping his daughter Kaitlyn move in, says the tears, they'll come later.

"No, I'm not going to cry. Not until I start paying more bills."
