Charges Filed Against Man Police Say Stabbed Councilman Oh Outside Of His Home

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Charges have been filed against the man police say stabbed Philadelphia councilman David Oh.
Shawn Yarbray, 24 has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and other offenses.
Reward Out For Suspect Who Punched Man With Cerebral Palsy
Friday night, authorities issued an arrest warrant for the 24-year-old after identifying him as the man who stabbed Philadelphia City Councilman David Oh in a failed robbery attempt in front of Oh's Thomas Avenue Home Wednesday night.
Police say family members were able to convince Shawn Yarbray to turn himself in, and Oh says he is very happy Yarbray is off the streets
"Glad he turned himself in because that means nobody got hurt and that he's cooperating," said Oh.

The councilman meantime underwent successful surgery after the stabbing. He was even back at work on Friday.
Yarbray's bail is set at $750, 000.
